Fortnite Neo tilted

I was tasked with making the futuristic version of tilted towers in Fortnite. This was a huge undertaking and the main obstacles were time and performance. I did the exterior textures and modular sets as well as a majority of the interior texturing. Me and my lead, Rick Kohler also managed around 150 outsourced props to populate this city with. I worked with Epics creative services team to get branding for the various stores and Paul Mader did shaderwork for the hologram billboards. I also made new trees featured in the city. Anton Migulko was responsible for the projected colored lights. Troy Perry did the asphalt texture for the roads and Scott Homer made the blimp seen above the city as well as retexturing and modifications of various vehicles.

Shipping these seasons is a ton of work and def. a group effort. Everyone on the team crushed it and im super proud over how it all turned out. The fight between the monster and giant robot was amazing and a great way to wrap up the season.

We really wanted the city to come alive during the night so we made an effort to put as many lights and emissive trims in as we felt we could, that turned on during the evening.
